Mediation

You Can Get to Mutually Agreeable Solutions

When you’re embroiled in a conflict, or need to co-create agreements, we can help

As a Mediator, Mr. Travers does not represent either party, but is a neutral facilitator upholding the shared goal to get both parties' needs & interests heard and an Agreement accomplished. At the conclusion of a mediation process, he draws formal Agreements and submits all necessary legal documents.

With decades in the field serving clients, our track record shows that we can help you work through even the most complex issues and gain you clear direction and peace of mind.

We specialize in Divorce Mediation or "Conscious Uncoupling."

Dissolving a marriage is never easy, but we can make the process more easeful and efficient with professional Divorce Mediation. We thoroughly understand your concerns and positions, set an agenda and proceed with negotiations which uphold respect and care for each party.

We understand that conflict and major life transitions pose a huge stress to each party involved. Going to court typically magnifies tensions and pressure. Mediation can be an effective alternative.

With Mediation, you (both) are in charge of the Agreement, and can submit your results to the Courts for approval. Every process is unique, it can take time, but the results of having resolution and moving forward with your positive life's intentions are worth all the investment in a well-facilitated process.

We specify any and all issues and then prioritize the best sequence to attend to those issues. This becomes our Process Agenda

We look into: Does any information gathering need to happen to make fully informed decisions? And, then identify specific assignments for each party to gather information in between meetings

Are we ready to go forward to RESOLUTION?

Do any items need the time/attention of a full subsequent meeting?
